MEDICAL CLAIMS

In today's changing healthcare climate, dentists are able to submit to medical claims for a variety of dental procedures such as TMJ Treatment, Biopsies, Sleep Apnea Treatment, Oral Surgery and more. We take the guesswork out of the medical claims submission process to ensure timely and maximum reimbursement.

PRACTICE MANAGEMENT DIAGNOSTICS

We perform complete and thorough evaluations of your practice, outlining strengths and weaknesses so that you can decide the services you need.

CLAIM SUBMISSIONS

Every claim is audited before being sent to an insurance company. We verify all attachments are included to ensure claims are processed correctly the first time. Electronic claims are sent daily. Paper claims are printed and mailed.

CLAIMS AGING

The insurance aging report is run weekly and actively "worked" each day. All unpaid claims over 30 days are researched and the appropriate actions are taken to get the claims paid. 

PATIENT BILLING

Once insurance claims have been paid, we will process statements to be sent to your patients. Our dedicated billing staff is available weekdays to assist your patients with billing questions as well as process payments over the phone.
