Ghajiibah Campbell received her BA Degree from Hood College, in Frederick, MD, and her Graduate Degree (MA) from New York Institute of Technology, in Westbury, Long Island, NY.  She has been a Certified Trainer and Instructor for Dentrix and EasyDental for the past 12 years.  She has trained over 300 practices in 16 different states and in Barbados, West Indies. In 2005 Ghajiibah was the recipient of The Dentrix Trainer of the Year, and has won two Service and Dedication awards during her 12 years with Dentrix.

Because of her passion for training she finds it difficult to turn down an office's request to have her travel outside of her home town to offer her services as a trainer or a Practice Management Coach. Her concern for quality control and the need to improve customer service has inspired her to write a book.

Ghajiibah resides in Baltimore, Maryland where she and husband Eric are raising two children Nyima and Khalil.

Ghajiibah spends her free time writing, taking pictures, working out, and reading.
