DeVon is the Chief Executive Officer of D-TECH Business Concepts, LLC. Her areas of expertise include executive management, human resource management, insurance and accounts management and dental billing services.

D-TECH celebrated its 10-year anniversary in October 2008. Prior to founding D-TECH, DeVon gained valuable experience in dental office management and administration, dental assisting, and dental lab management. Under her expert and experienced guidance, D-TECH has been instrumental in helping over 100 offices achieve greater managerial stability, financial success and profitability.

DeVon attends Prince George's Community College, where she is studying Health Information Management. She has also earned credits toward a General Studies Degree at Bowie State University.

DeVon and her family split her time between Miami, FL and  Bowie, MD. Her hobbies include swing dancing, hiking, running and travel.
