Andrea Ramdeen has a broad experience in both the
private and corporate health care sector. She graduated
from Pace University with a Nursing Degree in 1985. In 1998 she transitioned
to the dental industry. She brings comprehensive and
professional experience to each dental practice she
works with. Andrea has provided dental management
consulting to over one hundred dental practices in the
Washington, DC Metropolitan area.

trainer for seven years.
Andrea lives by a very simple philosophy that "people
don't care how much you know until they know how much
you care." She interacts with each dental team member
with a high level of compassion and deeply cares about
their challenges. She has an ability to create
customized solutions to those unique concerns. She is
knowledgeable about the most current dental techniques
and trends and has attended dental seminars on LVI and
Invisalign.
Andrea resides in Northern Virginia with her husband of
23 years, Steve, and their two daughters, Ashley, 20,
and Simone, 15.
Her favorite pastimes are reading, scrapbooking and
traveling. She also loves watching her daughter's
weekend soccer games.
