Alicia Brown brings extensive dental office administration and management experience to D-TECH, where she currently holds the position of Director of Dental Billing.

In this capacity, Alicia manages and maintains reports in the dental offices, provides effective front desk training in people skills and software, and evaluates dental offices' overall image.
Her prior career history includes both clinical and administrative experience, including dental assisting, inventory management, accounts receivable and using and training on Dentrix and Easy Dental practice management software.  

Alicia attended Prince Georges Community College, where she gained her introduction to Dental Assisting. She also attended Southern Maryland Dental Society (Certification in Radiography), and is licensed (DANB) to take dental radiographs in the state of Maryland.

Alicia also holds a real estate license. She and her husband are the parents of three children.
